Course Description
In this course on financial analysis and mergers & acquisitions, designed specifically for lawyers, Mr. Hennessey provides a review of basic corporate financial reporting concepts, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement. He then provides an in-depth discussion of shareholder value, including (among other topics) such common financial return measures as earnings and estimates, P/E ratios, cash flow, cost of capital, economic value added, and a discussion of the �new economy� and its changing effect on shareholder value.
