This course provides an introduction to eBusiness - business that takes place online. Online business is increasingly important in our networked world of global transactions and global competition. This course will examine four major topic areas:

(3) Creating a comprehensive Business Plan
(4) Creating a detailed eBusiness Design and Implementation Project Plan

The Internet is changing the way companies do business. This course will provide an introduction to the basics of electronic business and includes project planning, as well as marketing, customer service and business plan development. . The course focuses on how eBusiness is carried out, including marketing, web design, and electronic retailing, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of this form of commerce, the infrastructures in place to support this type of electronic business, and the global economy within which it takes place.
