Course Description
In this course, you will examine various components of a successful management plan. While using these components, you will develop a work breakdown structure and organize your management plan. In addition, you will develop project schedules, cost estimates, and budgets. You will identify quality standards and metrics for measuring quality performance and address the communication needs of the stakeholders. Furthermore, you will analyze risks and plan for responses, while assessing the impact and likelihood of risks. Finally, you will prepare a statement of work (SOW) and incorporate the SOW into a procurement document.
On the follow-up page of the last lesson of this course, you will find a zip file that contains a testing engine and practice test questions. This same file can be found in each of the other courses in our PMP series. Please note that the application must be installed in order to view the test questions. Once installed, the test application can be used as often as desired.
