Course Description
In this course, you will control project work, integrate change control, explore scope verification, and define project scope. In addition, you will monitor and control project schedule and costs, perform quality control, manage a project team and project stakeholders, and define performance reporting. Furthermore, you will monitor risk, control component processes, focus on contract administration, and administer a contract.
On the follow-up page of the last lesson of this course, you will find a zip file that contains a testing engine and practice test questions. This same file can be found in each of the other courses in our PMP series. Please note that the application must be installed in order to view the test questions. Once installed, the test application can be used as often as desired.
